What are Better Recipes Rewards?

Better Recipes Rewards are virtual rewards that users can earn in the form of virtual kitchen bucks. These kitchen bucks can be redeemed at the Kitchen Store for virtual items that users can put into their virtual kitchen.

How do I earn kitchen bucks?

Challenges are a great way to earn kitchen bucks. Click on the challenges links in the left hand side of the site to learn about the current challenge.

What are challenges?

Challenges are fun and fast ways to earn a lot of kitchen bucks! Each challenge includes a list of tasks that need to be completed in order to earn the kitchen bucks for the challenge. Click on the current challenge link on the left hand side and see how to participate in the challenge and earn kitchen bucks.

What can I do with kitchen bucks?

Virtual kitchen bucks can be spent in the Kitchen store. Once you have earned kitchen bucks you can click on any of the Kitchen Store links on the site and "purchase" items for your virtual kitchen with your kitchen bucks.

How can I tell how many kitchen bucks I have?

You can click the "my profile" link in the red rewards header at any time to see your current balance of kitchen bucks. Your kitchen layout will also have your balance of kitchen bucks displayed at the top of the left hand side.

How do I buy things for my kitchen?

There are two ways to buy things for your kitchen.

The first way:

1. From your kitchen view, click the "Edit Kitchen" button.

2. Click the "Buy More Items" in the upper left hand corner. This will bring you to the store.

3. Find the item you want to add by navigating through the categories in the left hand side.

4. Click the "add to cart" button to add the item to your shopping card. You can then change the quantity that you want to buy or remove the item from your card. 5. Click "Save Now" when you've added all of the items to your card that you wish.

The second way:

You can also click on the "Kitchen Store" link in the left hand side. Then follow steps 3-5 from above.

How do I put things in my kitchen?

Once you have purchased items for your virtual kitchen (refer to question 5) go into your kitchen by clicking the "my kitchen" button in the left hand side of the site. You will see your purchased items showing in the queue to the left of your kitchen. Click and drag the item to where you want to place it in your kitchen. You can resize the item by clicking and holding the arrows on the corners of the item. You can rotate the item by clicking the "Change View" button. Be sure to click the Save Button in the bottom right hand corner of your kitchen to be sure that your changes are saved.

What are kitchen clubs?

Kitchen clubs are user created groups. It's a fun way to track how a group of users are doing on the challenges, support other users, and create friendly competition.

You can always join the club by going to the clubs page and clicking the "join club" button. You can leave the club at any time by clicking the "leave club" button.

How do I create my own club?

There is a button to "Start a club" in the left hand side of the site. You will give your group a name, description, and image. Then you can invite your friends and family to join your group!

What do I do if I see inappropriate items?

You can click the link that says "Report" and fill out the form with details about the site abuse you are reporting. This is sent to the admin of the site who will remove items as appropriate.
